Courtney has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for over 7 years. She received a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Touro College with a specialty in Pediatrics. Her focus include but not limited to fine motor skills, handwriting, ADL skills, sensory reintegration, visual processing disorders and community reintegration.
Courtney’s experience includes serving children in variety of school districts, preschools, in the homes and in a sensory gym. She has extensive experience working with families and their children with autism spectrums disorders, sensory processing disorders, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome, Visual motor delays, fine motor coordination, developmental delays, and learning disabilities. Courtney has continuing education in Bal-a-vis-x, visual perceptual, and Handwriting without Tears.
She recently married and loves being a “furmom” to her special needs rescue pitbull named Opie. She enjoys working out and living a healthy life style as well as spending time with her friends and family.
