We are committed to providing dedication of excellence, compassionate care, respect and integrity to our patients. Hand in Hand Occupational Therapy of L.I., PLLC is owned and operated by Noha A. Elfar, OTR/L, CHT. Receiving services from a therapist owned private practice feels like you are part of the family! We are dedicated to providing one-on-one therapeutic interventions including manual therapy (massage) and much more, with our skilled and passionate therapists, for the entire session. We use both traditional therapy approaches as well as innovative current treatments to provide the highest quality of care so you can meet your goals!

Our Mission:
To provide the highest quality occupational therapy services on Long Island through personalized care for adults and children. We pride ourselves in delivering 1:1 therapeutic interventions in a comfortable and private environment. Our use of kindness, compassion and empathetic personalities allow us to become the premier private practice located in Hauppauge and now we are in Bayport! For our adult and pediatric population we offer shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand rehabilitation services. For our pediatric population, we work with children with special abilities/needs to achieve developmental milestones. Our office also provides classes including Kids Yoga, Handwriting Club and much more!
